How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello.stashnco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Where will my order ship from?

The artwork featured on our beautiful products is designed right here in Australia by our very own Creative Director. Some items are in stock and will be printed locally and will ship locally from our office in Australia.

Other items are manufactured on a print to order basis and will ship locally from Australia or by use of a fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties, and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following

*Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

*Ask your local post office if they have your package

*Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shopping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at hello.stashn.co@gmail.com with your order number

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

Once your order hits our database, it begins getting processed immediately. Because of this, we DO NOT honour cancellations.

As some of our clothing pieces are made to order, if you select the wrong size, exchanges for sizing maybe considered on a case by case basis. Please email hello.stashnco@gmail.com with your exchange request.

How do I pick the right size?

Size charts will be made available on the product listing. 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

Here at Stashnco we strive to deliver the best customer service and ensure the quality of our products. In the event you are unsatisfied with our products please review our returns policy located here which details, damaged, mislabelled or missing items. Something else? Who can use Afterpay?

Afterpay is available as a payment option if you:

  • Are over 18 years of age
  • Live in Australia
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase

First time users will need to create an account.

How does Afterpay work?

With Afterpay, you can have your products shipped now, but pay over four fortnightly instalments, interest free!

For example, if you spend $100, each instalment of $25 would be deducted from your credit or debit card each fortnight. If your order is eligible, Afterpay will be shown as a payment method in the checkout.

What can Afterpay be used on?

Afterpay can be used on orders up to $2,000.00, inclusive of shipping. Afterpay is not available for:

  • Preorders
  • Downloadable content, digital currency
If your order contains any one of these products, then Afterpay won’t be an available payment option in the checkout.

 

How do I refund items paid for using Afterpay?

To get a refund or an exchange on orders made using Afterpay, please contact hello.stashnco@gmail.com.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. Once your refund has been processed, any future Afterpay payments will be cancelled and any money owed to you will be refunded back to you by Afterpay. For more information, please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729.
